Don’t be surprised if your mail delivery is a little off because of the weather, especially in rural areas, and mountainous areas impacted by rain and snow. The Postal Service says power interruptions have impacted many retail operations in the High Sierra, including the towns of Susanville, Westwood, Janesville and Standish, limiting services to package pickup and simple cash transactions.
