All three of the women who accused fired City Manager Andrew Clinger of Sexual Harassment, have resigned their city jobs. Two of them resigned in November. The third, who’d been on administrative leave, submitted her resignation, effective next month. The city’s report on the incident clears Clinger of Sexual Harassment and retaliation, even though outside investigator David Wall said in his report, two of the women’s claims had merit.
