A state Transportation Authority Investigator, with a record of three DUI’s, has been arrested this week, after crashing a state vehicle, with two open beer cans in the vehicle. 36 year old Robert Reasoner couldn’t be charged with DUI, because he fled the scene, and wasn’t tested until hours after the crash on East John Street January 5th in Carson City. Reasoner had been on paid administrative leave, since the crash. Still no explanation about how you get promoted by the Transportation Authority, and a state SUV, with three DUI’s on your record.
