King’s Variety store is leaving Spring Creek. The King Company, based in Idaho, says the changing business environment has forced them to close all their locations, including the ones in Nevada. The company says rising rent costs, internet shopping, and employee salaries are some of the reasons their getting out of the business. It’s not known when the store plans to shut their doors, but when they do 14 people who currently work there will lose their jobs.
