Ruben Kiheun delivered a blistering attack on the GOP health care bill. He says it isn’t repeal and replace, it’s cut and gut. He calls it a massive tax cut for the wealthy, and gutted coverage for working Americans. Kiheun says Nevada’s uninsured rate fell from 23% to just 12% under the Affordable Care Act, one of the largest declines in the country.
