Looks like Nevada’s U.S. attorney is again caught up in a purge. Daniel Bogden is among the dozens who’ve been ordered to resign by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Bogden first was named U.S. attorney for Nevada in 2001 by President George W. Bush, who fired him and other U.S. attorneys in 2007. President Barack Obama reappointed Bogden in 2009. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre is in line to take over at least temporarily, when Bogden departs.
