The Douglas County Planning Commission votes to ban the sale of marijuana throughout the county.  It’s just approved zoning change prohibits “marijuana establishments.” That position will now be considered by the Douglas county commission. Even medical marijuana dispensaries are banned in Douglas County.  Gardnerville Record-Courier reports the zoning amendment bars growing, testing, manufacturing or selling.
