The Nevada ACLU is getting behind a bill that would ban the death penalty in the state. The bill is AB 237. The ACLU argues, with no company willing to sell the lethal drugs, executions are already stalled. They also say a capital case costs taxpayers half a million dollars more than non death penalty cases.
