NDOT will host a public information meeting Wednesday to gather community feedback on safety improvements planned for Kietzke Lane between Mill Street and Galletti Way. They’ve developed a Safety Management Plan to outline improvements on the entire length of Kietzke. Proposed improvements are tentatively scheduled to begin in spring 2018. Designated bike lanes will be installed in both directions. Existing sidewalks will be upgraded, and new sidewalks installed where they don’t currently exist. The meeting will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, in the Wooster High School cafeteria on Plumb Lane.
