Southern California law enforcement have arrested a man suspected of tying up a man in his South Lake Tahoe apartment, stabbing him, and stealing his car last Wednesday. 30 year old Alberto Ochoa, who’s also a south shore resident, was found in San Bernardino County after South Lake Tahoe Police piecing together clues in the investigation. San Bernardino County officials conducted a traffic stop and arrested Ochoa, who was still driving the stolen Subaru.
