A 21-year-old transient who had all the tools on him to be able to break into a business or car was arrested early Wednesday morning. Deputies were called to the 220 block of North Carson Street on reports of a prowler, found the man in a parking lot. After a search, a small pocket knife and a large machete were found in the man’s pants, and further investigation revealed several burglary tools, including bolt cutters and other assorted items.
