(KOH) – A 23-year-old man who lost control of his vehicle was arrested for felony drunk driving shortly after midnight Saturday morning. Sparks police say Ismael Rios-Salas was driving westbound on Greenbrae Drive when he failed to make a turn onto Rock Blvd. and wound up in the yard of a home on Prospect Avenue. Nobody in the vehicle or the home was injured.  Rios-Salas has previously been arrested twice for DUI.
