The state attorney general, Adam Laxalt, wants to see five lawsuits dropped by Little Valley Fire plaintiffs, but they say state negligence caused the fire, and the state needs to do the right thing. Laxalt claims that because the fire was an accident, the lawsuits should be dismissed by the 35 plaintiffs who’ve filed.
