The Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors released its 2017 first quarter report on existing home sales in Washoe County. Washoe County had 1,285 sales of existing single-family homes; with a 4 percent decrease from last year and a 19 percent decrease from the previous quarter. The median sales price in Washoe County is $315,000; an increase of 9 percent from last year and a 2 percent increase from the fourth quarter of 2017. The median sales price in Reno was $327,000; Sparks median sales price was $287,000. Bottom line according to the report, it’s still a sellers market.
