Even with the addition of some of the biggest and most innovative tech companies in the world to the state’s employment landscape, Nevada remains 38th in tech employment according to a report from the Computing Technology Industry association. The Las Vegas Sun reports, they suggest the state is still struggling to grow it’s tech workforce. But solutions are underway and in the works, Nevada’s Universities and Community College have added tech training courses, and SB 200 is promoting more computer science curriculum in High Schools and the middle school level.
