A consumer alert has been issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board. It’s a warning against unlicensed contractors who’ve been working in Reno and Carson City, calling themselves “International Seal  Coating and Paving.” They allegedly sell a blacktop or roof sealant, for cash only customers, at a cost of three thousand to five thousand dollars or more, the coating is not as promised, and doesn’t match the samples customers are shown. The contractors board says it’s a scam.
