Sparks Police are searching for a man who robbed the McCarran Mart on E. Greg Street with a handgun just before midnight last night. The robber was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash after a brief struggle with the clerk. He was last seen running southbound near South Stanford Way and Coney Island Drive. The robber is described as a white man, last seen wearing a black hoodie, a dark bandana over his face and light colored jeans. Police say the man they are looking for could have minor injuries to his face from the struggle with the clerk.
