Senator Heller Says Trump Budget is “Anti Nevada”

Senator Dean Heller addressed the Nevada Legislature last night after his chaotic town hall in Reno. He vowed to lawmakers that he will always “Put Nevada first.” Heller says he believes debate should continue on reforming America’s health care system and immigration policies. He also touted his congressional measures seeking to bolster aid and protections for women veterans and attract more doctors and nurses to work in rural Nevada. Heller vowed to stand up to the Trump administration over Yucca Mountain and a Trump administration budget proposal he calls, “Anti Nevada.”
