(KOH) – RTC is closing the intersection of Rock and Prater in a 24/7 marathon weekend starting Friday night, April 28, and delays are expected. Detours will be in place, but RTC says traffic could be heavy during peak travel times. The intersection is being closed to upgrade utilities and storm drains as part of the 4th/Prater project.
