Search for Missing Aircraft Paused

(KOH) The search for a missing aircraft out of Truckee has been paused, and is expected to resume tomorrow.  Pilot Brenda Richard and her husband Mark took off in the Socata TB-20 Trinidad Monday afternoon, bound for Petaluma. The Civil Air Patrol has spent 60 hours searching with more than 110 volunteers, 14 aircraft and 12 vehicles.  The plane has an emergency locator beacon, but no satellite has picked up the signal.  Based on analysis of radar and cell-phone signals, the search has been concentrated in a rugged section of the Sierras, northwest of Truckee.
