Reno Fire Department Fire Investigators have made an arrest in connection with a string of arson fires.  40 year old Justin Cloughly, is charged with one count of 3rd degree arson, and one count of 4th degree arson that occurred at 4983 S. Virginia Street. Reno Fire Investigators say further charges are likely, pending the completion of evidence collection at several other fire scenes nearby. The fires were set Monday between 645 am and 10:20 am. Nine to eleven small fires or attempted fire starts were counted.
