Washoe County Commissioners voted to move forward with a proposal to build an Olympic-sized ice skating rink in south Reno. The County approved negotiations to secure land for the rink at the South Reno Valleys Regional Sports Complex. The first phase should cost about $6 million, with the total project costing nearly $14 million.
