After the house narrowly passed repeal of the Affordable Care Act, Senator Dean Heller released a statement saying, he wants to repeal Obamacare in a way that benefits Nevadans, but thinks the current bill falls short. Says Heller, he will not support the bill in its current form in the senate, adding,  “We cannot pull the rug out from under states like Nevada.” Heller says he wants assurances that people with pre-existing conditions will be protected.
