The city of Reno is turning 149 Tuesday and there’s a birthday party going on at the historic Lake Mansion. The non-profit “Arts For All Nevada” will be giving guided tours, serving cake & lemonade, and giving away free books to children. Executive Director of “Arts 4 All Nevada ,” Mary Ellen Horan says the celebration starts at 11am with guided tours at the Lake Mansion, 250 Court Street.
