Bail has been revoked for the Carson City man accused of murdering a toddler, and the case against Eric Buhl may be a death penalty prosecution. Live explosive devices were seized from Buhls home, the day paramedics were called to Manzanita Terrace. Buhl claimed he had been giving a two year old CPR, the child was pronounced dead at at local hospital, an autopsy says the cause of death was “homicide.”
