Senate Republicans would like to push embattled state senator Mark Manendo off any legislative committees while he’s under investigation for sexual harassment. GOP leaders say harassment charges against Mandendo have been happening regularly, with accusations made in 2003, 2009, and now. Reno Senator Heidi Gansert says “Enough is enough” and says the senate majority leader Aaron Ford should immediately remove Manendo as Chairnman of Transportation and as a member of Government Affairs and Natural resources. Reportedly the most recent complaints have come from lobbyists.
