Secret Witness has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the shooter of a man wounded in northeast Reno Friday afternoon. The man was shot just before 5pm near Ninth and Spokane streets, in the area of the Washoe County complex, and he was found in the area of Ninth and Sutro streets. The Regional Gang Unit is investigating the case but police do not know if it is gang-related. People ran from the scene but police were trying to determine if they were involved or just frightened bystanders.
