A suspect in two murders in the Sacramento area was chased down Wednesday by CHP, Placer County Sheriffs, and other agencies all the way from Sacramento to the Overland Trail area near Truckee.  Investigators say when officers approached the man’s vehicle at the Boca “Chain off” area, they realized he had shot himself. A Lincoln woman was found earlier in the day inside the her garage with a fatal gun shot wound, investigators believe the suspect and the victim knew each other.
