A Sun Valley man is facing charges of illegal dumping. Thanks to a tip from a citizen, 37 year old Brandon Kimpton was caught in the act by Washoe Sheriffs Deputies, about 820 Thursday morning, dumping yard waste from a trailer in an open area along Chimney Drive. He faces misdeanor charges.
