Rooftop solar customers, installers, and advocates of the industry applauded the Nevada Assembly for passing legislation to restore an industry that nearly left the state more than a year ago. Those changes also put solar out of financial reach for many Nevada consumers. Assembly Bill 405 passed with bipartisan support Tuesday, and makes investing in solar affordable for homeowners again. The legislation now goes to the Nevada Senate.
