A 25 year career criminal has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for passing counterfeit money in Washoe County. 47 year old Murry Scott McKinley, who’s priors include 11 felony convictions, is suspected of using the fake cash at a number of stores, but the case broke when McKinley was caught on video. McKinley will serve at least five years before he’s eligible for parole.
