Want to add a little color to your car and support for the Great Reno Balloon Race? Do it with a new Balloon Race Nevada license plate. Executive Director Pete Copeland says for every license plate sold, the non-profit organization will get some funds. He says their goal is to keep the event free for the public’s enjoyment. The Great Reno Balloon Race special interest license plate is available through the DMV website, or in person. Prices start at $62.
This year’s Great Reno Balloon Race is September 8th thru the 10th at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park.
