The plea is “No Contest” for the former Washoe County School Board member, who took an unruly defiant student to the principal’s office, by the ear, while observing a student teacher working at Dilworth Middle School. UNR Professor Howard Rosenberg is not commenting on the misdemeanor case that accused him of acting without lawful authority and trespassing. The trespassing charge was because he was told to leave campus by the principal, but instead returned to the classroom. the charges are misdemeanors.
