Governor Signs DNA Bill To Free The Innocent

The bill that allows some people convicted of crimes to get evidence in their cases tested for DNA, is a step in the right direction according to “Innocence advocate” Tonja Brown. She says some prosecutors resisted the bill, which has been signed into law by Governor Sandoval.  But Brown says if the object of the justice system is to punish the guilty, not the innocent, this is a very positive step.
