Washoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 18-year-old Jordan Davis after reports of an armed intruder in a Cold Springs residence occupied by a woman and two small children. At 9:45 a.m. Friday,  deputies responded to a report of an armed man inside a residence on Pin Oak Court . The suspect had just fled from the house, according to the reporting party. A K9 deputy responding to the incident spotted a suspicious person in the area of New Forest Drive and Boxelder Court. The deputy made contact with the subject who was identified as the suspect in the home intrusion on Pin Oak Court. Davis faces charges of armed robbery, child endangerment, burglary and other related charges.
