Repairs and Reconstruction Underway at Washoe County Schools

The Washoe County School District has a number of repairs and reconstruction projects underway during summer break, including work at Hug High, Reno High, and Echo Loder Elementary.  They’re taking out an old boiler tank after a natural gas conversion at Reno High, and they’re also making a classroom out of a boiler room that’s no longer in use at Echo Loder. Crews are also working this month at Wooster High, removing asbestos and lead, so they can install new boilers at the school.
