Impairment may be behind the death on one person died in a crash at Cave Rock Monday afternoon. The crash happened shortly after 4:30PM. NHP says a driver crossed the double lines and hit another head-on, killing one person in the car that was hit. The investigation indicates the driver who crossed the median was impaired and is being treated in a hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Two other people are in critical condition. No names have been released.
