A man wanted on a charge of raping a child in the Walla Walla, Wash., area was arrested by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office in Winnemucca. 46 year old David Edward Wilson, a transient, is being held on $75,000 bail pending extradition back to Washington. Wilson is accused of committing first degree rape of a child and first degree child molestation between December 2016 and April 2017. Humboldt deputies found him on U.S. 95 in the Winnemucca area trying to hitchhike.
