(KOH) – The Nevada Gaming Control Board announced that sportsbooks across the Silver State took the largest bath on basketball in a single month in history.  $4.4 million was lost in May, but don’t feel bad for the books, as baseball helped them still turn a profit of $2.9 million. The books won $6.6 million on baseball, nearly a 200 percent increase from May of 2016.  May was the 46th consecutive month that the sportsbooks have come out on top.
