Two people were injured, and had to be extricated after a high-speed two-vehicle crash at Rock Boulevard and Mill Street Sunday afternoon. One person in the crash ran from the scene and jumped into the Truckee River to avoid police. That person was arrested at Rock Park. According to William Rulla with Reno PD It appears alcohol is a factor in the crash.
