The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County is in the paving phase at the Pyramid McCarran widening project, and back ups are expected.  Single closures will continue for the next few weeks, and workers will be switching the closures between the two roads, as needed. Plan to take some extra time to get where you need to go.  Remember, extra Law enforcement are on patrol in the area looking for speeders, tailgaters, and others who aren’t obeying the construction signs.
