The Sparks City Council voted Monday to allow recreational marijuana sales in the city.  Sparks dispensaries, who’ve been approved through the department of Taxation, could start selling by as early as Friday.  Maybe residents came out to speak against the plan.  Nevada has already collected over a million dollars in tax revenue from recreational marijuana in just the first week of sales.
