South Lake Tahoe Police have arrested a massage parlor owner, suspected of sexual battery on one of his customers. 34 year old Qiteng “Eric” Lu, who owns Chinese Magic Massage, is being charged with not only sexual battery, but also with penetration by foreign object, and attempting to prevent a witness from reporting a crime. SLTPD Lt.
