“Carson Now” reports, the Carson City District Attorney says there will be no marijuana Free-for-all in the Capital City. Jason Woodbury says if someone is caught selling pot to a minor, he has a Zero Tolerance Policy. That means no plea bargains, and reminds violators, selling to minors is a felony, and will be prosecuted as one. He says if you do it, he plans to make an example of you.
