Sparks Fire crews quickly knocked out a brush fire on the east side of Pyramid Way, north of McCarran Boulevard.  Flames were reported in an open area between Queen and Disc about 3:30PM Wednesday. Investigators says about 2.2 acres burned. Northbound lanes of Pyramid were briefly shut down in the area. No cause has been determined, but investigators say the fire was likely human-caused.
