Lyon County investigators think a murder suspect staged a crime scene at his home to make it appear that he had come to some harm. They continue to search for 45 year old Santiago Fernandez, he’s hispanic, 5’9″, 195 with dark hair and eyes, and has a tattoo of an anchor on his right arm. He’s charged in the murder of Robert Buchanan the 3rd, at a Silver Springs gas station in 2016. He skipped an arraignment July 17th, and abandoned a vehicle in the Silver Springs area.
