(KOH) – The Sparks Police Department is asking for your help in locating a woman who stole a purse and a car early this morning at Western Village. Around 4:15 am, the victim was using the restroom when the suspect reached over the stall door and took the victim’s purse. Video surveillance shows the suspect leaving the casino, but returning a short time later to steal the victim’s vehicle, a 2016 silver Subaru 4-door with Nevada personalized plate SPERKLY.
