If you rent out your home or own an apartment complex, there’s a seminar coming up this week you should attend. The national Crime Free Multihousing Program is being held by the Reno Police Department’s Community Action Officers on Thursday, and will help landlords navigate the legalities of renting, how to retain property values, and keep their housing drug and incident free.

The event is Thursday at the Regional Safety Training Center at 5190 Spectrum Blvd. The seminar starts at 8am in Room 102, and is open to anyone who rents out their home, condo, or multi unit location.
