Man Arrested For Leaving Threatening Note For Dean Heller

The man suspected of leaving a threatening note in the Las Vegas office of Senator Dean Heller has been arrested. 62 year old Richard Holley faces extortion and intimidation counts in connection with the letter found last month outside Heller’s office. The letter was found days before Heller was set to cast a key vote on a proposal to repeal the Affordable Care Act.  Holley was arrested Monday.
