Congressman Mark Amodei just announced that he’s hosting a townhall in Minden next week for veterans. The townhall is being held at the Old Court House at 16-16 8th Street, and topics Amodei will discuss include challenges facing vets, VA assistance programs, and ways his office can better serve those in the military. Several agency reps will also be on hand during the townhall, like Sheila Jackson, Director of the VA Regional Office, and Lisa Howard, Director of the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System.
